My ward is about to write 2016/2017 JUPEB in one of your centers in south-south. He called yesterday that i am to send N8,500 for examination registration. However, i already paid all the prescribed fee (N250,000), though in two installments as suggested by the center. I am confused, does it mean that the money i paid was for the center? In fact, that amount excluded the books and accommodation.

No sir, O’level result and A’level results are different results and for different purpose. So they cannot compensate for one another.
So before you can study any Accounting/Economics in any of the universities in Nigeria , you must have at least Credit in your Accounting
